On 11th jan I got an sms from etisalat for renew for annual subscription with Aed.50/- and you will get aed.50/- credit , and I renewed with Aed,50/- on 13th jan and not yet got any single dhirams credit
For the last two years I am using this number and my annual subscription renewal date is in February only.because of this sms only I recharged.
Approximately more than 40 times I called in the customer care and everytime they are telling my complaint is under process.
I don't know what type of customer care they are providing , see it almost 2 weeks is over
I am going to circulate the same email to each and every persons in the Uae and kindly send suggestions if any
