I am not an Ayurvedic specialist.  Here is mu suggestion.  Fibroids are innocent ( non-cancerous ) tumours of the uterine muscular wall.  It is quite common and painless UNTIL it becomes large enough.

 

May be determine the size by ultrasound and get an expert opinion from a Gynecologist.  Larger ones need to be surgically removed for any permanent  cure.

Go for acupunture, It is very effective for Uterus Fibroids.
