[www.keralites.net] how to get a single certificate after revaluation of +2 exam?

Hai friends........

I completed my higher secondary exam in 2005-2007. For improving my mathematics marks i written improvement exam and after that i got separate certificate for maths paper alone.Now i would like to know that whether i will get a single certificate instead of my current two certificate ?If it is there what else procedure i have to do??????????
