I Agreed with all or your counted features, as you said in last line No need to love but don't hate them. tell me who wants to dislike our birth place, our home, our land, but when the somebody spoiling our loving place globally then we feel shame, same as we feel shame as Air India Express showing globally poor services. Especially out of dated crafts are used for gulf routes why coz they treat people working in gulf are ONLY LABORS. No fix schedule for take off or take in, pilots, and staffs are very rude. At the time of my last vacation I had flew with Emirates Air lines.Unfortunately the flight was delayed by 4 hours with specific reason and clear information to their flyers.By the same time Air India Express passengers to Kochi and Trivandrum were struggling without getting even a glass of water for 8 hours.You know what these two Airlines did compensate to make good to the lose to passengers.Emirates Air Lines provided food and one way ticket(one year valid) and the Air India Express 14 hours free stying in dubai airport without even food.Even Air Arabia is Much better than our own Air Line. They fly with their passengers on time giving a small bottle mineral water. I hope u all should have heard a proverb in malayam(ENNE THALLANDA BAPPA NJAN NANNKOOLA.)So forget it and have agood day. Why you are insulting our career Air India Express. Is there any problem with Air India express. As far my experience they are giving food for their flyers is not bad. As you know Express is a cheap flight. I am challenging you to check it's ticket fare, compare the ticket fare with any destination with other Air career, I am sure Air India Express fare will be cheap.
