Yes, I agreed with you that human being has given intelligence, but you should understand with the same intelligence that the diffarence between "Intentional & Incidental".

 

The below pic's are showing incident. Of cource Quran will burn if you fired it intentionally.

 

So, please consider it as an incident only.

If the Quran did not burn inside the burning car, it should not burn anywhere else.
