Dear All,
As my knowledge, UAE govt has a strict announcement regarding working hours during the time of Ramadan. It is applicable to muslims and non muslims.
I am working with a multi national company and they are not allowing us to go after 6 hours work or will not pay overtime.
Hence, the staff won't react because of the consequences from the management.
Can anyone please advise us to make a change in the company policies against UAE law, without filing a personal complaint and get in to a trouble with company
