Dear Babu
In my experience all gov.teachers are well experience but they are not using their skill
because they are in safer side. They are unasked. If their any control their on. they are
good and skillful. Unfortunately they are not using their skill. I am not blame whole
teachers. But it is true. this is only my comment

Dear BabuGovt. School teachers have good experience and selected by the PSC, but they have the security of job and have the protection of one or other trade unions, so they do not teach and are not answerable to any one if they students do not perform. Whereas in Private schools, the teachers are low paid and do not have security of service and can be dismissed in a day if they do not perform, so they try their best to teach the children to improve the results as their continuance in job depend on the performance of the children. So the private schools are definitely better.T.Mathew To: Keralites@yahoogroups
