Dear Members,

When compare to government schools, most of the private school teachers have not the qualification of B Ed. Most of them are just obtaining a degree in any descipline and coming to private schools for teaching as a temporary job. Even if they are getting a job of last grade in government sector, they will defenitely giveup the job of this private school teacher for their betterment. Most of the Government school teachers are coming to get their salary and time pass as their job is secured by different trade unions & Teachers Associations. So we are again compelling to knock the doors of private schools for the betterment of our children and their better education.

So every year there will be new fresh teachers at Pvt. school. and they dont have more expeirence.
