My only answer to this all details is   Regarding the case of Scams Shanglu commision was appointed to investigate the truth their report convicted PM & Sheila Dixit.Govt rejected his report.CAG then pointed out same thing again they reject his report thing is that you investigate the wrongs and report the same to the culprits who have done it then wnhat is the fun in wasting time and money both along with manpower wastage.

Point is that this investigations should be submitted to someone who can uphold the case.
