I have been practicing spiritual healing and natural living to maintain good health for over six years now. I would urge everyone to adopt such a lifestyle that will assist nature to maintain good health. It should be remembered that nature has enormous power to tolerate abuse, but we are unknowingly burdening the body with over eating , lack of exercise, lack of relaxation and so on. It seems that the search for enhancing blood flow to brain itself is not based on a holistic approach to health-care which is very important. "Pranayama" the breathing exercise will do much more good for keeping a vibrant health than any drug for enhancing blood flow to brain. Natural trace mineral supplements are very useful to keep the body active whole day.Regulation eating habits will also remove lethargy. We should not burden the digestive system with heavy breakfast. Start the day with some seasonal citrus fruit like lemon, orange or sweet lemon. Pomegranate, apple, tomato also are good. After 2-3 hours, if hungry you can take any sweet fruit like banana,chikoo, papaya etc. At lunch 3 hours after fruit meal you have to take 150 grams green vegetables (salad) first.Your main meal should consist of only one grain like rice, wheat or any other.
